You are joining a cross-functional Business Intelligence Team with experts in Data Warehousing, Reporting and Marketing Analysis. As Datawarehouse Engineer (m/f) you will be architecting, designing, implementing and running parts of our data environment. And as part of our data team you have the opportunity to strongly influence the way we are collecting, analyzing and using the data. We are working in a high performance production environment with self-organizing cross-functional teams.


Your tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Design, develop, test and maintain BI-/DWH and analytical systems
  • Analyse customer requirements and translate it into meaningful data structures and data products
  • Aim at performant processes and high data quality
  • Drive technological innovations and decisions
  • Support Analysts in defining models
  • Support product managers and marketing teams with your knowledge and implementations

What you offer us:

  • Bachelor/Master degree in Informatics, Mathematics, Computer Science or similar with technical or informatics background
  • Proven experience with data modeling and OLAP applications
  • Profound knowledge of Microsoft Integration Services and MS SQL Server 2014/2016
  • Good to excellent experience with SQL, MDX, DAX
  • Interest in big data, data streaming, microservices and NoSql databases
  • Agile mindset: embrace change, proactive attitude, deliver customer value, be well-ordered in complex situations, effective communication
  • Good verbal and written communication skills in German and English
